Fall Out Boy guitarist Joe Trohman parted ways with the band ahead of the album's recent release.
Fall Out Boy is at it again. On Wednesday (January 18), the pop
punk organization announced their eighth studio album, So much (For) Stardust
The band, which includes singles Patrick Stump, Pete Wentz, Joe Trohman
and Andy Hurley, revealed the name of the album and its release date via Instagram
“‘Time is luck. End any other tour. You reproduce, but not as a
jewel in the sun, but as a 12-month look inside yourself in any other flat bathroom,"
“Sometimes you have to blow away all that has been and put the
returned portions together in a new form. The same but different
the muse dynamited and the dust used to create the concrete pour
. I tend to feel a little sad whenever I think of something.
The organization captioned the post, which also featured the
album cover featuring a dog trying to eat bubbles: "New album so much (for) Stardust
The album announcement also
came with the LP's first single, "Love From the Alternative Side", and its fairytale-themed music video.
