In a 3-2
decision, South Carolina's excellent judicial record ruled that the state's cutting-edge six-week
abortion ban
fails to give women "a reasonable time frame" to have an abortion and violates the right to privacy

Politico. The sentence lowers the previous prohibition, legalizing abortion there until the 20th
week of gestation.
