John R. Tyson, the CFO of Tyson Foods, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of public intoxication and criminal trespassing.

Tyson was arrested for being intoxicated and falling asleep in a home near Dickson Street.

The victim told police that the suspect entered through the front door which was left unlocked.

Tyson was asleep and could not verbally respond to the police.

The report says that the man smelled like alcohol and appeared drunk.

Tyson was recently promoted to a financial executive role within the company.

Tyson is younger than the average age of CFOs in top 1,000 companies.

A lack of experience can be a slippery slope for executives.
